“Our plan was to see how The Block goes and if we made money from the show, we would have liked to continue living there. However, we are still in limbo with The Block House so we thought it was best to sell it and move on. Sad.”

The property features a large swimming pool and spa.

The house also has four spacious bedrooms.

Selling agent Jarrod Carman of Carman Real Estate said the home’s initial opening last Wednesday attracted many buyers – some of whom are expected to return for a second viewing on Saturday.

He said the house had been lovingly renovated into a modern family home with multiple living areas, an in-ground pool and spa, fruit trees and a large garage.

“With the four bedrooms, extra study and swimming pool, (the house) has a lot to offer. It’s a great family home in a great family location,” Mr Carman said.

“I met them the year before they went to The Block because they were considering (selling) because they would like to renovate and move on to something else.

“So I don’t think it’s out of desperation (that they’re selling)…I just think they want to renovate again.”
