Traders In Purple has accelerated the second release of its luxury Brisbane waterfront project, Rivara West End, thanks to booming sales in the first release, including the sale of 50 percent of the penthouses.
The first release of ultra-luxury homes sold more than $206 million within three months of release. The national real estate and construction group has announced that construction will begin in January, months earlier than originally planned.
The luxury waterfront specialists, who made their reputation developing high-end apartments on Queensland’s Moreton Bay Peninsula, have translated that experience into homes for more urban types in the West End.
Traders In Purple CEO Brett Robinson said achieving such a spectacular debut in the Queensland capital confirmed the group’s belief that the fundamentals of prestige ownership, which had won them a legion of loyal followers around Moreton Bay, were also being applied in Brisbane.
Traders In Purple’s Rivara West End project will deliver two and three-bedroom apartments, terrace homes, penthouses and riverside homes priced from $1.54 million.
“Rivara offers everything we want to offer in our residential developments, and more,” he said.
“It is one of the last remaining true riverside locations in the West End, which deserves the luxury homes we will be building early next year.
“Our commitment to creating homes that are beautiful from the inside out has served us well for more than 20 years and we are delighted that buyers have responded so enthusiastically to Rivara, which is set to become the premium address in the West End.
“Such strong off-the-plan sales are testament to the quality of our work and impeccable delivery record.”
After selling 50 percent of the penthouses in the first release, Traders In Purple has accelerated the second release.
The second release also includes apartments, penthouses, terrace houses and river houses, all with high-quality finishes.
Mr Robinson said Traders In Purple had played to its riverfront advantage with penthouses on the top 11th and 12th floors whose views, over the Brisbane River and iconic silhouettes of the Mt Coot-tha mountain ranges, could never be obscured.
Each bedroom in the riverside penthouses has an en suite bathroom, a second private living room and an open-plan living space leading out to a balcony.
The kitchen with butler’s pantry features fluted stone details, Miele appliances, a dry bar and a wine refrigerator.
The shared amenities at podium level include a 20-metre infinity pool, hot and cold magnesium spas, sauna, yoga lawn, garden lounges, BBQ area and productive gardens.
Mr Robinson said the project was designed by award-winning architecture firm Rothelowman, and the materials were luxurious, natural and layered, reminiscent of the waterfront lifestyle that suited Queensland’s climate.
Penthouses traditionally command the highest price tag, but it’s Rivara’s river homes that make the distinction, starting at $6.27 million and featuring river frontage and a river-view courtyard with a 3-metre plunge pool.
Rothelowman director Jeff Brown emphasized the connection to the verdant, subtropical landscape evident in the gardens around Rivara and the focal point of the shared podium level amenities, including a 20-metre infinity pool, hot and cold magnesium spas, sauna, yoga lawn, garden lounges, barbecue and productive gardens.
“Rivara’s common areas are all about connection; connection with self, connection with friends and family, and connection with nature,” he said.
The project was designed by award-winning architectural firm Rothelowman. Construction is scheduled to start in January.
“As you leave your private domain and enter the common area, you are greeted by a carefully crafted gazebo, draped in greenery.
“The axial walk turns towards the river, connecting the beautiful landscaped stage with the river, mountains and sunset beyond.”
Two-bedroom apartments start at $1.54 million, three-bedroom apartments start at $1.995 million, houses with terraces from $2.25 million and riverside penthouses start at $4.95 million.
