Telstra Health Taper Salesforce, Snowflake for its current modernization
Cloud -SoftWarepoviders Salesforce and Snowflake will integrate their solutions into the coming digital health platform of Telstra Health.
Based on a media release, Snowflake will offer a common data and analysis layer that consolidates different data sets in Telstra Health Products and Services. The resulting usable insights and advanced analyzes will lay the foundation for innovation, including AI -USE Cases, according to CTO Farheoud Salimi.
In the meantime, the integration of Salesforce’s cloud-based patient and provider platform and API management and integration platform will improve the user experience. “If you switch from one healthcare institution to another using our products on our new platform, it will be seamless – both from a user experience perspective and a data perspective,” Salimi explained.
The two globally recognized cloud platforms join the interoperability solution provider Smile digital health from Canada in supporting the modernization of Telstra Health.
