The unique characteristics of Monza have encouraged teams to bring circuit -specific upgrades to the Italian Grand Prix.

The Low-Downforce requirements of Monza see teams introduce specific wings for the track, in which McLaren introduces a trimmed front wing flap, low-downforce rear wing, reduced chord in rear wing flap and a low-downforce beam wing. There is also a performance -upgrade in Reprofiled by Suspension Fairings, which are designed to work together this weekend with the low drag configuration, but can be used elsewhere.

Ferrari has what it describes as a “depowered” front wing flap to balance the car with its low-downforce rear wing and jet wing, both of which are reused from 2024 when Ferrari won in Monza. “These options for the upper wing and lower bundle wings are performed with components last year in the low-downforce events. Various rear wing flap geometry and trim are available to make modulation possible,” the team said.

In addition to a front wing adjustment, Red Bull has a potentially important upgrade, with a new floor introduced in Monza. Revised floor surfaces in the floor body, plus an updated floor edge and floor gates, are designed to extract more load. Red Bull says that the re-optimization of floor surfaces is the result of “subtle changes [that] are made to extract more tax due to improved pressure distribution while retaining the power stability. “

There is also a floor update at Mercedes, where the camber on the floor has been changed, as well as an adapted front and rear wing.

Aston Martin only has a less aggressive rear wing flap option that is specific to Monza, while Haas has only brought a front wing valve with a reduced agreement length to balance the car.

A number of changes have been introduced by racing bulls, whereby the floor body changed as the subfloor and edge wing were revised to increase the efficient load under the car. There is also an update for the BodyWork -Side Pod form, as well as updated mirror housings and an updated rear wing for towing settings.

Williams has brought a trimmed front wing flap, as well as a reduction of the rear wing flap for Downforce levels, while Alpine and Sauber have no new components this weekend.
