The WomenCan Team Teal campaign returns to race tracks across Australasia from February 1 to March 15, 2026, with Club Menangle jumping on board again in support of the fight against gynecological cancer.
Every day in Australia, 19 women are diagnosed with gynecological cancer, with diagnoses expected to increase by 21% over the next decade.
Each year, Team Teal strives to raise vital funds and awareness for research to improve detection and drive breakthroughs in gynecological cancer treatments.
Club Menangle will hold twelve race meetings over the six-week campaign and has committed to donating $200 for every female win in the ‘teal’ pants at our track and $200 for every female training win at Menangle.
Club Menangle Chief Executive Officer Bruce Christison said: “We are proud to be taking part in the Team Teal 2026 campaign. The harness racing community unites in support of this great cause every year, and it is great to see the teal trousers in action on tracks across Australia and New Zealand.
Throughout the 2026 campaign, Club Menangle will be holding our flagship event, the TAB Carnival of Miracles, showcasing the Teal trousers in Night One, the Livamol Chariots of Fire and Night Two, the Garrards Miracle Mile.
