Tavares starts: Blackburn Rovers Team News and predicted XI to be confronted with Swansea City News: The72 – Football League News

Blackburn Rovers return to Ewood Park in midweek to be confronted with Swansea City, with both parties looking for winning ways.

Blackburn Rovers were beaten 3-0 on Saturday by Charlton Athletic. It was a very poor version of BRFC, in which their only efforts on the target were a speculative strike after the half hour and a 90th minute shot straight in the middle.

That result marked their fifth loss of the season and the second time in three games that they just couldn’t find it.

Rovers may have already protected their third competition victory if their collision with Ipswich Town has not been left. The side of Valerian Ismael led 1-0 in the 80th minute, against 10 men because of the red card of Jacob Greaves, when the game was stopped.

BRFC is now obliged to completely re-play the game, another fixture in a 46-game season. The side of Ismael is approaching Tuesday’s game, which has lost two of their last three games, and admits at least twice in four of their previous six outings.

Their form in Ewood Park is also disturbing, with a defeat in their next home game to attach a fourth consecutive loss to their own turf.

Their opponents, Swansea City, are without a victory in their last three games. They had started the season, but start staring, although they have defeated Nottingham Forest in an impressive performance Int Eh Carabao Cup.

Hayden Carter and Moussa Baradji are still not available at that stage. Jake Garrett is also out, although the midfielder was depicted on the grass.

Adam Forshaw is also out for robbers. The experienced midfielder came to the club from Plymouth Argyle in the summer.

Predicted XI

(4-2-3-1)

Toth; Alebiosu, Miller, McLoughlin, Pickering; Tronstad, Tavares; Morishita, Cantwell, Hedges; OHhashi

After a disappointing defeat against Charlton Athletic, two changes on the side here. If it had not been for injuries, there is potential for more.

One change sees Sean McLoughlin Come back to the center of the defense. He joined Rovers from Hull City in the summer.

Scott Wharton is the man who comes out for McLoughlin. Wharton had taken the place of the Irish defender in the side after a shipping earlier this season.

The other change is that Tavares returns to replace Taylor Gardner-Hickman. This will probably give Rovers a little more balance in the side with two natural central midfielders.
