“Basketball is basketball and continues to do our bit to shine a light and to celebrate those women who do great things on the field,” Stephen Curry said in November 2022, when he came out in a Uconn Azzi Fudd sweater. The basketball world is well aware of the band of the Warrior star with his God-sister Cameron Brink, but she is not his only connection with women’s basketball. After Fudd became one of the first women to attend the Elitekamp of Curry in 2018, their band remained strong. That is why it was no surprise when Stephen Curry gave a shout to the latest project of the 22-year-old.
Steph recently went to his official Instagram account to share a story with his 58.1 million followers. It contained the post of Fudd from a few days ago, so she announced the launch of her own podcast ‘Fudd Around and Fudd’. Fun fact: the podcast was made in collaboration with Iheart And Unanimous mediaThe latter was the company founded by Stephen Curry himself, together with executive producer Erick Peyton.
