Stellify looked fantastic in her two wins at Kentucky Downs

As is the case with every sports season, there are peaks and valleys for the athletes. Being good at the right time is always the goal, and for a fleet feat, her performances in Kentucky Downs say that she is now an important player in the Merrieveeulen and Mare Turfdivisie.
The Racing Meet Measure from Kentucky Downs has quickly become a zoning spot for grass runners. Torture makes it an obvious place for runners in the elevator, but the distance of the racing days also offers opportunities for ponies to perpetuate their rightness.
Stellify is a four-year-old daughter of Justify who came to Kentucky Downs from back-to-back victories at Churchill Downs. This Brad Cox trainee has raced only four times in her career and stutte her things on 28 August in an allocation race on the opening day on this Franklin, Kentucky number. Stellify led every step of the road in this mile and half a match and completed her Sashay two lengths.
Her powerful score on August 28 gave her cunning conditioner sufficient confidence to run for part of the $ 2 million wallet present in the Light and Wonder Ladies Marathon of 6 September. With her last victory in Churchill on June 12, Cox was not concerned with the distance of her racing. Coming back to the track in eight days is not common nowadays, but with the chance of shopping at Luis Vutton, large wallets can change the approach.
Given the green light for the mile and five sixteenth marathon, Stellify was in Go when the gates opened. This daughter of Justify broke for a purpose, immediately took on the command and led the field of eleven horses on the hill of the only European style course in the United States. Only left at the leadership and allowed to set some relatively soft opening fractions (26.1 quarter miles, 49.57 half miles), Stellify Careened with confidence while retaining the management. Turn home, two lengths in the front, her pass continued to extend. Brad Cox was 2 ¾ lengths and looked like a genius for setting this Play call.

“We had a fresh horse in the meeting and she won her allowed race fairly easily, so we had the feeling that she was ready to go again,” says Cox. “She broke with the intention and that is what we wanted to see. If she ends up in an early rhythm, she can wear her speed for a distance.”
The two victories at Kentucky Downs in an eight -day wingspan increased the career record from Stellify to four wins in six starts with second and third place. Her win on the track is now with a striking $ 1,442,604. What is even more important, however, the student of Cox has stamped himself as an important player in the Filly and Mare Turf Division with the Breeders’ Cup on November 1 at Speed Forging del Mar.
“She succeeded in her first Graded Stakes test with flag and pennant,” says Cox. “She is a nice mare and we are now leaving options open. I certainly think there is more left and we are enthusiastic about her future.”
