Solution Unable to receive platform SIPT in League of Legends

Is the confirmation button greyed out, not working or disabled in League of Legends (LoL)?

I’ve encountered this problem several times in the game and I finally found a solution.

I found the solution after numerous attempts to fix it.

This includes restarting my PC, restarting the Riot Client, logging back in and more, but to no avail.

Fix 1: Temporarily connect to your mobile hotspot

1. Turn off your WiFi.
2. Connect to your mobile hotspot.
3. Open the Riot Client and start League of Legends.
4. Close League of Legends.
5. Disconnect your mobile hotspot.
6. Turn your WiFi back on.
7. Open the Riot Client and start League of Legends.

Solution 2: Change security protocols

1. Search for “Internet Options” using Windows Search and open it.
2. Select the “Advanced” tab and scroll down.
3. Uncheck ‘Use SSL 3.0’.
4. Check ‘Use TLS 1.0’, ‘Use TLS 1.1’ and ‘Use TLS 1.2’.
5. Uncheck ‘Use TLS 1.3’.
6. Select “Apply” and “OK”.
7. Open the Riot Client and start League of Legends.

Fix 3: Change the properties of your network adapter

1. Search for “ncpa.cpl” with Windows Search and open it.
2. Right-click on your Wi-Fi and select ‘Properties’.
3. Uncheck “Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > OK.
4. Search for “cmd” with Windows Search and run it as an administrator.
5. Type these commands one by one:
   • netsh winsock reset
   • netsh int ip reset
   • netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
   • ipconfig/release
   • ipconfig/renew
   • ipconfig/flushdns
   • ipconfig/registerdns
6. Turn off your PC.
7. Turn off your router and turn it back on after 10 seconds.
8. Turn on your PC.
9. Open the Riot Cliet and start League of Legends.
