Jannik Sinner won the ATP Fans’ Favorite Award for the third year in a row earlier this week.
“Thank you so much for voting for me,” Sinner said in a video message. “Winning the Fans’ Favorite award again means a lot to me, especially thanks to you.
“It’s been a very intense year, but you give me so much energy and love, especially when I go on the court and perform in front of you. It’s the best feeling for us tennis players, so thank you very much. I will prepare myself in the best way possible to be ready for next year and see you all very, very soon.”
The 24-year-old Italian added two more Grand Slam titles to his streak, while winning a total of six tournaments. He finished No. 2 in the world and was still in contention for the year-end No. 1 ranking at the Nitto ATP Finals, despite missing three months of the season due to a suspension following a positive steroid test in 2024.
The ATP Awards 2025 will be announced throughout the month of December. Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori were named the fans’ favorite doubles team, Andrey Rublev was the winner of the Arthur Ashe Humanitarian Award and Carlos Alcaraz earned the Stefan Edberg Sportsmanship Award for the second time.
