Jannik Sinner has qualified for the Nitto ATP Finals from 2025 and joined the season finale in Turin and joined his rival Carlos Alcaraz.

The number 1 player in the PIF ATP ranking returns to his home country to defend his title before the end of the year, which he claimed in 2024 without dropping a set. The Nitto ATP final takes place in the Inalpi Arena from 9-16 November.

Sinner will compete in the event for the third consecutive season and the fourth time in general. He has a 10-2 record at the tournament according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index and in the past two editions only fell in Novak Djokovic (in the final of 2023).

The Italian enjoyed another striking year, raised two large trophies for the second consecutive season and reached an ATP Masters 1000 final in Rome. Sinner successfully defended his crown on the Australian Open and came to Wimbledon for the first time. The World No. 1 also kept three championship points in the Roland Garros final before suffering a heartbreaking defeat against Alcaraz.

The 23-year-old, the only player who has been number 1 this season in the PIF ATP ranking, has held first place in his ascension last June for 60 consecutive weeks. Sinner will fight against Alcaraz for ATP-Einde at the end of the year 1 presented by Pif Honors in a race that appears to go to the wire.

Sinner made his Nitto ATP Finals in 2021 as an alternative, when he replaced Countryman Matteo Berrettini, pushed Daniil Medvedev to a final set of tie-break and beat Hubert Hurkacz. He has since won nine of his 10 games in Turin in his two performances.
