I was cast for subject this morning when a fairly simple idea came up with me. How will the potential series of penguins of this season perform on an individual basis? Will they sink, swim or water?
Strictly an opinion piece and fully subjective.
My answers are not particularly encouraging, at least not if you pull our pens to challenge a play -off place.
Without further delay, here it goes.
SWIMMING
From the top of my head I can only think of seven players who seem destined to build on the performance of last season. Four of them, prospects Joel Blomqvist” Ville KoiVunen” Rutger McGroarty And Owen Pickeringare not even mentioned on our current one Puckpedia Schedule.
It is somewhat worrying that the only member of our core four who has a decent shot to improve is 39-year-old Evgeni Malkin. Call it a feeling, but I think the output and the overall performance of Geno will be trend with a better quality of wing players (see KoiVunen and McGroarty).
Others I imagine on the revival? In a case of the incredibly layer setting the bar, starting goalkeeper Tristan Jarry must continue his revival of the late season from Palookaville. With his strong underlying figures I think defender Parker Wother Spoon will turn out to be a rarity in these parts … a rare Kyle Dub sign.

Walking water
IMHO, most of the club falls into the category for entering water, including the remaining members of the Core Four and Top Scoring Wingers Rickard Rakell And Bryan Rest.
It is even difficult to imagine that Rikrak and Rusty improve or maintain their career-best performance a season ago. When Sir Isaac Newton Would most of all agree, which eventually goes up, must come down. Especially when the subject is hockey players in its thirty.
Of Sidney CrosbyIt is more a matter of the bar so extremely high, year after year, that it would be almost human impossible for Super Sid to improve his 91 points from last season, especially at the age of 38.
Among the rest of the stay? Alex Alexeyev” Anthony scared And Tommy Novak could be trend upstairs (see reference to Jarry, Tristan), while the veteran icon Kris Letang could join Rakell and Rest as potential regressors.

Search for Noel Acciari” Matt Duma” Kevin Hayes And Danton HeinenVeterans all, to serve as anchors, who pull the good ship penguin under the waves (and possibly to a lottery choice in the coming design).
For Acciari and Dumba it is just a matter of wear and the wheels that fall from their respective cars instead of something nasty. For Hayes and Heinen it will be more connected to the use or lack of. Especially since some children start to originate and attribute ice age.

What is the big picture? Many people pgg us to end in the reach of 75-80 points.
Based on my volatile evaluation, that sounds about good.
