A shocked mother has told how her MG motorbike was set on fire in the middle of the night.
The plush bike was set on fire outside a house on Meiklerig Crescent in Glasgow’s Pollok on Wednesday evening.
The front of the vehicle was completely engulfed in flames during the nighttime attack.
Days after the fire attack, the destroyed SUV is still on the street.
The entire front and part of the roof of the MG are charred, the windshield has been completely destroyed by the flames.
Flames also melted away the left front headlight and part of the bumper.

The owner of the car told how she heard the sound of her car melting due to the roaring fire.
The mother-of-two, 41, said: “I was at home with my daughter. The next thing I know there was a bang and flames outside the window.
“I saw the car was on fire. It was terrible. I could hear the engine melting.”
“My home and my daughter could have been damaged. I’m scared for my life that I’m going to be attacked. It’s wrong. I’m completely devastated.”

The mother claimed she was also attacked by a mysterious thug with a baseball bat outside her home earlier on Wednesday.
She said she did not report the incident, but police were notified after attending the fire.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland told The Daily Record: “At around 10.20pm on Wednesday 28 January 2026, officers received a report of a car on fire in the Meiklerig Crescent area of ​​Glasgow.
“The fire has been extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. The fire is believed to be deliberate and investigations are ongoing.”
