Sexyland -Baas Angelo Abela has sold his $ 8 million Brighton East Mansion, a private resort with cellar pokies, sauna and sports field.

Sexyland boss Angelo Abela has quietly sold one of the most exaggerated estates of Brighton East.

The man behind the chain of adult megastores strolling everything, from lingerie to sex toys, fell $ 8.11 million into a private -directing room auction, so that the deal was placed between the largest of the year of the suburbs.

The Bayside Bolthole is partly wellness -Retraite, partly private -fun park.

On more than 1200 m², the house is designed as a lifestyle compound where the floor-to-ceiling glass connects with gardens, a heated swimming pool and a pizza-oven terrace.

A central stairwell rises above a koi pond and covered green, while a large piano marks the entry and sets the tone for a house that is just as much on entertainment as everyday family life.

Open-plan Living with rising glass walls, Brighton East Luxury meets a house built for entertainment.

Day-spa bathroom pampering, weeks of tubs and glasses covered with glasses suitable for a trophy house.

The kitchen, with an oversized island bench and a garden framed splashback, connects with open lounge and eating zones where sliding glass walls dissolve the line between inside and outside.

Upstairs, the bedrooms as suites in boutique style, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, adds a day-spa-suite and walk-in jacket.

Oversized Island Bank and Slim Cabinets anchor the Entertainer’s Kitchen on the former Angelo Abela estate.

Wellness and recreation have been built in, there is a cedera, gym and spa-wing, plus a flood light multisporthof that stretches the width of the block for tennis, basketball or five-zide under lights.

Then there is the basement, a larger level the size of a tennis court, with garage for 10 cars next to a cinema, bar, poker machines, pinball and pool tables, and even a boat built into the fit-out.

A full-size, flood court extends the block and serves space for tennis, basketball and late-night matches.

Sarah Korbbel from Fredman Property said that three bidders – two local families and a Sydney buyer who moved closer to St Leonard’s College – fought hard for the keys.

“It’s like living in your own private resort,” said Mrs. Korbel.

“Every part of the house focuses on lifestyle, through the swimming pool, on the field or in the sauna.”

Kelder Funhouse, complete with pokies, pinball machine, cinema and even a boat.

Wellness zone pampering: built by cedar and bubbling spa built for relaxation, or something racers.

“Houses like these are once in the generation.”

For Abela, the deal adds another chapter to a colorful career.

A former exhaust seller, he turned Sexyland into one of the largest adult retail brands in Australia, built 16 warehouse-style outlets in three states and threw them at mainstream shoppers with the “Bunnings-David Jones” approach.

Saving changing rooms with space, and maybe space for a few nods in the cupboard.

Alfresco cover, swimming pool and pizza oven terrace. An outdoor playground with plenty of room for Raunchy pleasure.

His business movements have a failed hostile takeover bid for rival adults in 2009.

Now his Brighton East Escape is joining the list, a trophy home part reserve, partly showroom, partly playground.
