Manchester United is working on the transfer of Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
Ruben Amorim’s side has submitted an offer worth € 85 million including add-ons, while the Red Devils Newcastle United seem to defeat with his signature.
Sesko has indicated that his preference is a move to Manchester, where he could complete a new front line next to new recruits Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

United scored only 44 goals in the Premier League last season, but signed three players who combined 48 league goals last season when Sesko arrives at Old Trafford.
Some have mentioned the aim of the club to Sesko as a risk, since the Slovenian striker is only 22 and has no previous Premier League experience. However, Sesko is the leading U-23 goal scorer in Europe’s top five competitions since his arrival in Leipzig in 2023.
The attacker has scored 39 goals in all competitions for RB Leipzig since his arrival from Red Bull Salzburg. Sesko places that return above a few remarkable names on the list of highest U-23 scorers, including Jude Bellingham and New Liverpool who sign Florian Wirtz.
