It is only a few days in the autumn of 2025 domestic season and a few scoring performances have jumped from the page.

In the Pocono Mountain region in Pennsylvania, Hazleton (Pa.) Area Sophomore Bella Boyle scored nine goals at the end of last week in a match against Greater Nanticoke (Pa.) Area. This follows on her 50-target first-year campaign. Subject to injury or illness, she could enter Elite Company by the time she graduates from high school.

On Sunday, Makenna Webster scored six goals for Ohio State University in a 9-3 victory over Kent State. Webster, maybe you remember that is a player who already has an NCAA championship as an ice hockey player for the University of Wisconsin. She had prepared herself as a field hockey player in St. Louis Villa Duchesne, but she made the choice to play ice hockey hockey at Faribault Shattuck/ST. Mary’s (minn.). She won a World U-18 Gold medal for the United States before they enter into Wisconsin to win an NCAA title.

Although she is a map of the New York Sirens of the Professional Women’s Hockey League, Webster has received a lot of attention in the high-performance system of the field hockey. She was selected in January in the National Team -Pool of the US Women’s National Team in January and played a handful of matches for the United Eagles.

These versions are not necessarily a trend, I think, to the Profligate scoring that characterized the decade of the years 2010. We have seen that coaches make movements to place many of these talented players in midfield to have a greater influence on the general game.

But the thing is, scorers start scoring. It is the nature of the game.
