“There has been a strong desire for a house on the esplanade between Grange and Semaphore,” said Mrs. Geraghty.
“This therefore motivated St. John to secure a country on the beach on the Esplanade in Semaphore South and to build an adapted house with the leading SA -Luxe builder Samuel James Homes.”

The fully stylized and furnished house – possibly the newest on the Esplanade – lasted three years to complete and is worth $ 4.75 million, and is supplied with $ 250,000 cash, which yields the total price value of up to $ 5 million.
