In May 2024, Mrs. Kirkham paid more than $ 30 million for the Toorak house of the hospitality industry Paar Robert and Elizabeth Zagame.

Mrs. Kirkham’s Middle Park Abode, called Panorama House, received two gongs during the 2025 Australian Interior Design Awards in the Residential Decoration and Residential Design Best of State (Victoria) categories.

The interior designer Sally Caroline, established in Melbourne, won the prizes after he was instructed to give the house a new look with the help of “lively colors and playful spaces that cause joy and curiosity”, according to the website of the awards.

Kay & Burton director Andrew Sahhar and his colleague Danielle Horne have the list alongside Hugh Jones of Agency Resignes.

Mr. Sahhar refused to comment on the owner of Panorama House, but said that the place of residence offered a spectacular view of Port Phillip Bay and the Melbourne skyline.

“Such houses don’t come up often, every room has a beautiful bay or view of the city,” said Mr. Sahhar.

“The house is not only functional, but a masterpiece in design.”

He described it as one of the “Best features on the beach in Melbourne”, added that having a garage with four cars was also a rarity in Middle Park, where it can often be difficult to park on the street.

Mr. Sahhar said that many locals and buyers asked about the house between states.

“We have a buyer who flies in from Sydney to inspect this week,” he said.

Expression of interest will close at 5 p.m. on 15 September.
