Sebi, stock fairs abandon fines, fines on unitech

The Board of India (Sebi) of the Securities and Exchanges, NSE and BSE have agreed to refrain from fines and fines imposed on unity unity due to non-compliants inherited from its earlier management, has said the Council of Troubled Real Estate Developer.

The Unitech Council appointed by the Government has regularly been to both trade fairs when paying the listing costs.

“We have consistently included the issue of fines and fines that are levied because of non-compliances that are inherited from the former management, and the movement of the Scrip of the company from the Z-category to the B-category, with Sebi, the National Stock Exchange,” Said Stock Exchange.
