Former UFC Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland is as much known for his socially irresponsible behavior as he is because of his fighting skills. Strickland has long been a controversial figure in the MMA community. However, one thing he is never accused of is to be a liar.
While he was in public, Strickland had a run-in Derek MoneybergA multimillionary who has recently become a hot topic in the world of martial arts. Moneyberg has trained under the former UFC title Challenger and much -praised Grappler Jake Shields, and it has been reported that he has received his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black calls in just 3.5 years.
To put that in perspective, “the Prodigy” BJ Penn deserved his Black Belt in 3 years. After winning ADCCNobody interviewed his pedigree. For a normal person, a normal time frame for receiving a black belt is 10-15 years old. Derek Moneyberg, who has an estimated value of $ 100 million, has caused skepticism. He often places photos on social media with UFC hunters and Jiu-Jitsu practitioners at a high level and claims that he only trains in private sessions. Many of the athletes on these photos wear his brand merchandise.
This has led to widespread control, especially since no real images of Moneyberg with legitimate black belts have been released. As a result, many in the community have speculated that his black belt may have been purchased instead of earned.
Sean Strickland made clear his opinion during what a spontaneous corridor seemed to be with Moneyberg.

This suggests that the video can be a continuation of a conversation that started off-camera.
Visibly upset Moneyberg responds:
“Do you have to do that for a camera? You can’t have a private conversation as an adult? Can you only do things for the internet?”
Strickland answers:
“Because what I have to say is actually.”
He drops his bag from his shoulder and continues, who now appeals to the camera instead of Derek directly:
“Would I like to earn free money from this man? Yes, sure.”
Derek intervenes:
“But Sean, when I asked you to have a conversation -“
Strickland quickly regains control of the exchange:
“You asked me why I called you a bastard, but I will tell you why.”
Before Sean can continue, Derek clicks back:
“You are the one who is a damn bastard. I say that to your face.”
Derek then disappears into a recently opened lift.
That does not stop Strickland, who continues to speech his audience:

But this man uses low-paid UFC hunters. Guys who are great men, just try to make their mortgage and live a life. He benefits from these men and uses their platform to kick financial scams and sues people.
What he does is so unfair and so scummy that no, I won’t.
Just because you are nice and you shake my hand and say you are my friend? No.
You are a fraud and unfair. That’s why you don’t want to be on the camera.
I will never purify his shit against you, because I love you. “
Love him or hates him because of his attitude and political tendencies, Sean Strickland is a man of integrity. He will always speak his opinion about what he believes that is right and wrong, regardless of the financial opportunities that can be removed. Many find this admirable and it is a big reason why he continues to have such a large following.
