It has been a beloved harbor for seafood King Michael Angelakis in the last 44 years and now the television legend hopes that his house will be the catch of the day for a happy buyer.
Mr Angelakis, 74, and his wife Silvana, 70, bought their 5 pulline Ave, Netherby Home in the year he turned 30, first and foremost attracted by the garden.
“It has the most incredible view,” he said.
“We raised our four children here and every time we had a new one that we had put in a different bedroom.
“It was great because the children in that swimming pool learned water safety and learned to snorkel, so that when we went to our place in Black Point, they could be hunter -gatherers and collect the Sint -Jakobs shells.”

“I would save the Houtkalput and I would do octopus, shrimps, lobster tails and special Greek sausages, and then we would have all other traditional Greek foods, such as stuffed tomatoes, zucchini, cabbage roles and stuffed vine leaves, and Silvana are slovenian as good.

“It was a happy place and even when I fell ill from cancer and had a few diseases, it was my refuge,” he said.
“I would sit there and look forward to the garden and that would give me peace of mind, and at that moment that was very important to me.”
