Salesforce developers have called on the SaaS-Y CRM giant to settle a change in which the AI-driven Agentforce BOT basic search functions replaced on some online help pages.
A wire On Salesforce’s Ideaexchange forums entitled “Breng back search on Salesforce Help” says: On ’29 September Search on Salesforce Help ‘was deleted and complains’ search’ replaced by Agentforce that can produce unreliable results and needs longer to find the information you need. “
Salesforce apparently has made the change on Monday and it currently seems that users of Idea -Ex -Exchange must use the Bot of Benioff in certain sections of the website. Salesforce has not yet responded to the issue at our request.
Agentforce is a general brand for the Agentic AI technology from Salesforce, based on the Atlas Reasoning Motor from the AI Research Group of Salesforce. In the past year, Salesforce is all-in on agentforce and agentic AI in general, not just as a method to get reducing the workforce or help Uncle Sam replace Government workers.
