The Kremlin has excluded to allow NATO to send boots on Ukrainian land after the illegal war ends by Russia. The explanation of Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov will probably make Donald Trump and the allies of Ukraine angry in the West, who try to conclude a peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow.

Since Ukraine is looking for security guarantees to avert a new Russian invasion in the future, various Western allies have promised to send their troops to the country.

The UK, France and Estonia between European countries are considering sending their troops to preserve peace in post -war Ukraine.

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, however, stated last week that the Kremlin should have a veto about any futrure security guarantees for Ukraine and said that NATO troops in the country would be “unacceptable”.

That message was repeated by the Kremlin spokesperson during a press conference, which again emphasized the opposition of Russia against every presence of NATO troops in Ukraine.

He also added that future peace talks must be well prepared at a high level in advance, so that the possibility of a top between Ukraine and Russia will soon be excluded.

Analysts believe that Vladimir Putin currently has no incentive to complain about peace, because he believes he has the upper hand on the battlefield. They claim that the Kremlin boss deliberately gets stuck about peace talks to enable his army to fully push their advantage home.

Putin’s army seems to have made further progress and in recent days to enter a new administrative region of Ukraine.

Kyiv acknowledged on Tuesday that the Russian army had entered the Dnipropetrovsk region, a central administrative area that was previously saved from intense fights. “Yes, they have arrived and fighting is going from now on,” said Viktor Tregubov, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian forces in Dnipro, the fourth largest city in Ukraine.

Putin’s efforts to block Trump’s peace initiative will probably increase the growing frustrations of the US president and can lead to punitive actions by the White House.

The American president said again that he wanted to see the war ending and threatened to take heavy action against the Kremlin.

“We want to put an end. We have economic sanctions. I am talking about economic because we are not going in a world war,” he said reporters.

His renewed threat of economic sanctions comes when the White House imposed 50% rates for most American input from India, in retaliation for the continuous purchase of Russian oil by New Delhi.
