Recommended start time for round 3
This is it: the final weekend of play for the 2025 PGA Tour season. For some players, like 36-hole leader Andrew Novak, this week of play is pre-Thanksgiving gravy. After firing rounds of 61-65, Novak is 16 under and leads the field by one shot. Novak has already secured his top-50 status for 2026, so this weekend will be pressure-free from a job security perspective.
For others in the field, however, next year’s playing status is not so clear. There are currently 10 players who are T13 or better who are also currently outside the top 100 on the FedEx Cup points list. A win – or even a high finish – will mean a lot to them when it comes to their playing prospects next year.
Novak will tee off for Round 3 on Saturday at 11 a.m. ET alongside Michael Thorbjornsen and Patrick Rodgers, who are both 15 years younger.
