Rasmus Hojlund now goes up in a move to AC Milan after being under pressure to leave Manchester United against his will.
Although he did not completely out’s the door, the hierarchy in Old Trafford made it clear that he would not play a prominent role if he would stay for the coming season.
This comes after the arrival of a Like-for-like replacement in the form of the 22-year-old Benjamin Sesko, who is expected to be the first choice of Ruben Amorim from the start of the campaign.

In the meantime, Hojlund has generally pronounced that he wants to sit down and fight for a place, although he apparently starts to realize that this would be more harmful to his long-term career.
