Liverpool return to the Premier League after drawing against Fulham last time out and are back in London on Thursday evening when they take on Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

After winning the match 1-0 at Anfield in August, the Reds will be hoping to do double the league leaders and boost their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.

Remember new hair

This is how Arne Slot’s men are expected to position themselves.

Goalkeeper – Alisson Becker is expected to start in goal for Liverpool.

Defenders – Conor Bradley is expected to keep his place on the right side of the back four, but at the other end Milos Kerkez may make way for the more experienced Andy Robertson.

Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk could both continue to play in central defense positions against Arsenal.

Frimpong ready for an advanced role

Midfielders – Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch are both expected to continue in the double rotation for Liverpool in the engine room, with Dominik Szoboszlai potentially taking on an advanced role at number 10.

£30m summer signing Jeremy Frimpong could play a very senior role in the team on the right wing, while Florian Wirtz plays on the left and has shown decent form in recent games.

Come on – With Alexander Isak and Hugo Ekitike both unfit for the match, Cody Gakpo is expected to take charge for Liverpool against Arsenal.

This is what the Reds might look like on paper.
