Houses have already sold at Hobart’s newest home development – and they were only officially launched to the public yesterday.
The view of the river is a boutique collection of 51 contemporary mansions with a view of the Derwent River.
The official launch for the public was held on 4 October on No.38 Jetty RD, Old Beach. Early Momentum, however, saw eight houses sold before the launch.
The River View was developed by GIC Estates and supplied by SJM -OutroGoed developments, is designed to offer the perfect balance between style, comfort and value, with prices from $ 500,000.
The sale is led by Olders Real Estate Hobart Agents Rose Allie and Mickey White.

The sales team from elsewhere expects the houses to be extremely popular.
“We have certainly seen an increase in the market in the last three months, with renewed buyer confidence and an increase in market activity in the price bracket of this development,” said Rose Allie, sales agent for a residential project.
“We are proud to market this exciting development on time for a busy spring market,” said Mickey White, sales agent for project project.
