Australia’s famed suburbs are exploding in value as some of the country’s biggest names buy homes, consolidate coastal areas and pour millions into remote lifestyle areas.
New market trend data from PropTrack shows Byron Bay is up 14.2 percent, Sunshine Beach is up 12.8 percent and Toorak is up 9.6 percent over the past year, as A-listers, tech founders and influencer families reshape long-standing prestige markets and redraw the country’s real estate map.
The increase corresponds with increased activity in coastal lifestyle neighborhoods and areas where limited supply and demand for celebrities are driving up values.
