MrBeast returns in January for more of Prime Video’s most-watched unscripted show ever.
A second season of global competition series Beast gamesfrom Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast, will premiere in January.
Prime Video shared a first look at Beast City, which will return with its fiercest competitors yet, and a ‘Strong vs. Smart” story that will unfold throughout the season.
The debut season of Beast Games quickly became Prime Video’s most-watched unscripted program ever, attracting 50 million viewers after just 25 days on the platform and has already been renewed for a season three, as announced during Amazon’s advance presentation in May.
After a record-breaking first season, Beast Games is back! Bigger, bolder and more intense than ever. MrBeast has brought together 100 of the world’s strongest competitors and 100 of the world’s brightest minds. “Strong vs. Smart” will compete for an eye-watering prize of $5,000,000. As players face off in the ultimate clash of brains and biceps; alliances will form and trust will break. Each challenge pushes the limits of human power, intelligence and strategy. Donaldson will return as host and executive produce. Sean Klitzner, Tyler Conklin and Mack Hopkins also serve as co-creators. Sean Klitzner and Matt Apps serve as showrunners, as well as executive producers alongside Michael Cruz, Jeff Housenbold, Tyler Conklin, Michael Miller, Josh Kulic and Chris Keiper. Tyler Conklin returns as director of the series. Beast Games will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
First 3 episodes on January 7, then weekly on Prime Video.
