Michelin Star Trained Chef -Kok, Analiese Gregory returns in a new season of A girl guide for hunting, fishing and cooking wildly on SBS eating.
The eight -part series, filmed in Tasmania, will premiere in June.

After taking the greatest risk of her life and giving up an international restaurant career for a new life in an 115-year-old house in the Tasmania countryside, Analiese changes in season two of her cottage into a small boutique eatery.
In every episode of thirty minutes of this stunningly original series, Analiese will involve the freshest local ingredients for the menu while building them to a dramatic opening of her intimate eatery with 10 seats. Analiese looking for culinary inspiration for her new eatery, will dive into exciting new outdoor adventures, including hunting on Wallaby, spearfish and with the hand of lobster while she extends her search for the best products and the most fresh ingredients.
Analiese is supported by her loyal new dog, a growing collection of farm animals and its local community, and works to transform her farm into more self -sufficient and environmentally conscious.
Sustainable living While presenting new recipes that celebrate the best of unspoilt Tasmania, analiese this season creates incredible dishes from country to board, including cauliflower visitors with garlic Aioli, Lobster Cannelloni with a white asparagus sauce, Char Siu Bao (Wallaby Rendang), tendering spot from Lam. The new Eetcafe from Analiese Gregory, built in her Tasmanian Huon Valley Cottage, will soon open where she will serve a menu with dishes that are made to 10 people with hyper-local products at the same time.
