Chelsea -striker Nicolas Jackson is said to have been preferred for a transfer to Newcastle United this summer, despite interest from other clubs.
Chelsea is said to have conversations with a number of lovers, but Jackson himself seems to be a switch to St James’ park.
That is according to a report from the TelegraphWho add that Chelsea is not desperate to sell, even if it seems as if he and Christopher Nunku are probably one of some major departure from Stamford Bridge.
Fabrizio Romano has informed Enchanted How important the sale of Chelsea such as Jackson will be to help the blues to offer goals such as Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.
Jackson was also omitted from the Enzo Maresca team for today’s friendly victory over AC Milan.
Nicolas Jackson can be set to replace Alexander Isak in Newcastle
De Telegraaf suggests that Jackson moving to Newcastle can depend on the magpies who finally deteriorate and the sale of star striker Alexander Isak.
The Sweden International would not be an easy player to replace, but Jackson did reasonably well in his time in the Premier League and is still young enough to keep developing and improving.
The 24-year-old did not look good enough for Chelsea, where the West-London giants are going to strengthen in the front by bringing in Joao Pedro and Liam Delap this summer.
Is Jackson good enough for Newcastle?

Jackson will now clearly fall into the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, but is he really the task of playing for a club like Newcastle?
Isak is an artist of world class and scored 62 goals in 109 games for NUFC since he became a member, while Jackson has only 30 football matches in English.
It will be interesting to see how this Saga is developing, but if Isak leaves, it can demonstrably put the responsibility on Newcastle to invest those major transfer costs for him in a better player than Jackson.
