The event organizer invites international referees to officiate at the upcoming WTT Youth Contender Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The event starts at 10e and ends in 12e December.
It is an open invitation, therefore not all entries can be accepted.
Only online nominations submitted by bona fide national associations will be considered.
Each affiliated association can nominate a maximum of 2 referees
AUT – ARE – Evaluations will take place.
Full hospitality is provided from dinner the day before the event starts to breakfast the day after the event ends.
All invited referees must arrange their transportation to the region, as well as travel and health insurance. In addition, all invited referees are responsible for early arrivals and late departures. Local transport is provided to and from King Fahad International Airport (DMM)
Should a designated referee require a visa, please send the relevant details after selection (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, passport expiry date) to logistics@sttf.sa An invitation letter will be provided. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are the responsibility of the applicant and the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or embassy.
Each referee receives a daily allowance from LOC per match day:
Referees with gold badge: 70 USD
Blue badge referees: USD 70
Blue Badge Referees in Progress: USD 65
White badge referees: USD 65
If you have a day off, the LOC pays 50% of the daily allowance
The closing date for nomination is 25e October 2025.
