In an important administrative overhaul, the government of Madhya Pradesh has issued transfer assignments for 18 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, so that they are re -assigned to new roles in various departments and districts. One of the most striking agreements is that of Vishsh Garhpale (Batch 2008), which is placed as secretary in the energy department.
Vandana Vaidya (2009 Batch), who previously held several roles in tribal development and employment training, has been appointed director of the Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation in Indore. Various officers from the Batches 2019 to 2021 have also been re -assigned to strategic urban and industrial roles.
It is remarkable that Arh Jain (2021 batch) will now serve as CEO of Indore Smart City and additional Commissioner of Indore Municipal Corporation. Anisha Srivastava (Batch 2021) has been appointed executive director of the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation in Gwalior.
The reorganic also includes changes in leadership at district level, in which officers such as SHREYANS Kumawat, Tanmay vashishes Sharma and Dalip Kumar new CEO roles in Ujjahan, Bhopal and Dewas respectively. Anju Arun Kumar, currently CEO of Bhopal Smart City, has received extra costs as an additional commissioner of Bhopal Municipal Corporation.
