Maya Joint reaches career-high rankings in singles and double match after a strong week in Seoul.

Singles for Women
Maya Joint has risen to a career-high ranking after he has reached the semi-final of the Korea Open in Seoul.
The 19-year-old moved to World No.36 after her first Final Four appearance at a WTA 500 event.
Joint dropped seven games in her victories over Sofia Kenin and World No.12 Clara Tauson, with her victory over Tauson as the largest, by ranking, of her career.

She is one of the four Australians arranged in the WTA Singles Top 100, together with Daria Kasatkina, Kimberly Birrell and Ajla Tomljanovic.

Joint was also dominant in the tandem -format in Seoul and continued to her fifth Doubles final of 2025, this time together with the American Caty McNally.
The run results in a healthy ranking for Joint, so that it is placed on the eve of a top 50 debut. Now ranked world no. 51, Joint surpasses its earlier career-high doubles ranking of World No.61.
Taylah Preston is one of the improvements this week and stimulates its ranking to world no. 193. It follows a quarter -final appearance alongside fellow countryman Lizette Cabrera during the Australian Pro Tour event in Wagga Wagga.

Aleksandar Vukic had a positive start in his return of Davis Cup tasks and went on to the round of 16 on the ATP 250 tournament in Hangzhou, China.
After he had lost scary of Raphael Collignon in the decisive rubber of the recent Davis Cup -similar play of Australia against Belgium, Vukic defeated another Belgian, in David Goffin, to continue.
The Australian singles No. 5 rose two places to World No.93, its highest ranking this month.
