Qualia SMS will be launched in October of this year and it will enable professionals to enable customers directly with customers via SMS, within the Qualia platform.

In addition to these new communication modes, the improved product also contains functions that are designed to stimulate efficiency, security and personalization, including magical links, which gives customers safe access to requests and documents without having a username and password.
Qualia Connect users now also have the option of adjusting Connect with their own logo and brand colors.
The updated Qualia Connect also contains an AI tool that generates data from messages extra and automatically suitable e -mail reactions.
In February, Qualia announced a series of security upgrades on his platform. These improvements are exclusive to Qualia’s Shield Solution, a wire fraud detection system that is designed for title and escrow professionals.
