More than 800 brokers, from small businesses to mega-franchises, came together last night for the 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

The awards, now in their 34th year at the Brisbane Showgrounds, span 30 categories including residential sales, property management, commercial property, buyer agency, auction, business brokerage, as well as community contributions, multimedia and innovation.

REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella said the awards ceremony was a highlight of the real estate calendar.

“The REIQ Awards for Excellence are a true reflection of the professionalism, skill, dedication and passion that characterize our profession,” said Mercorella.

“Bringing home a REIQ Award is the highest honor for the profession in Queensland, and the fierce competition and rigorous judging process means this recognition is well deserved.

“It recognizes not only outstanding performance, but also a deep commitment to maintaining the standards that build community confidence in real estate professionals.”
