Description
Evocalize Powers Performance Marketing for leading real estate and mortgage brands. Their cooperation marketing platform makes AI-driven, multi-channel local campaigns possible in Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube-not expertise.
Why this role exists
They have large installed bases at Enterprise Makelaars and Money Schieters. The unlock is the converting of more agents and loan officials from “engaged” to active buyers, which increases repeat use and the premium add-on-seting rates. You own activation and user results for your customer portfolio and you work together with our product/engineering team to reduce friction and improve the journey over all accounts.
Masonry
- Build and run an adoptive engine for real estate agents and lenders: recurring webinars, office hours, road shows and conference sessions (eg Inman, Housingwire, MBA, NAR) that convert to the first campaign and repeat use.
- Eigen lifecycle touchpoints voor agenten/leningfunctionarissen (LOS) (e-mail + in-app-duwtjes, onboarding checklists, promotiecodes, “first-campagne” playbooks) en A/B-test om in aanmerking komende → inloggen → eerste aankoop → herhaal → add-on voor uw boek van bedrijf.
- Use advertising platforms for testing and validation: operate Meta -advertisements manager and Google advertisements for prototype, problem solution and measurement. The implementation of the core media runs through the technology of Evocalize; Your platform fluity exists to verify behavior, to diagnose problems and to inform experiments, not to exchange media daily.
- Publish weekly Partnerdashboards (eligible Basis, MAU, Logging in → Activation purchase, co-marketing invitation → campaign senior, add-on agreement, repeat speed). Help partners understand their business and the opportunity for them.
- Perform a weekly growth synchronization with product/engineering to give friction on the surface, priority to fixes and form experiments that improve the journey outside your accounts.
How success looks like
- Activation: persistent lift in user application → first purchase speed under targeted partner cohorts; Higher % launches a first campaign within 7 days after onboarding.
- Repeat and confirm: win in 30/60/90-day repetition and confirm rates for premium add-ons.
- Co-marketing growth: more hosts that send invitations, higher invitation → first co-campaign conversion and a larger % launched with conforming budget splits + disclosures.
- Media efficiency: more accounts with standardized PMAX/Meta Playbooks with Capi/GA4 conversions wired and validated end-to-end; Lower median CPL and higher qualified pipes.
- Scale movements: Partner Playbooks (DECKS, Scripts, Office-Hours Kits) adopted by internal teams and partner champions.
Requirement
- 4–8+ year in growth CSM / Lifecycle Marketing / PMM at B2B2C Saas or Adtech; Immediate real estate and/or mortgage -set of agents/release the preference.
- Platform fluency for experiments: You can spin lightweight tests in Meta -Advertenties Manager and Google advertisements (incl. PMAX) to validate hypotheses, to confirm and reproduce marginal cases -then translate the findings into evocalizing workflows. Strong GA4 and UTM hygiene; Working familiarity with industry CRMs. Light SQL or advanced spreadsheets for cohorting is a plus.
- Proven theater and camera presence: you have organized and presented webinars at industry events; You handle media education in conversion.
- Data carbonades: Define KPIs, design experiments, analyze cohorts and send weekly lessons; Bias of activation and attaches to generic involvement.
- Compliance consciousness in housing (platform policy, fair home restrictions, explanations of money lenders/ml; respa/tila awareness).
- Strong cooperation with product/engineering/PMM; Writing fresh; Organized, self -driven and resourceful.
Nice to have
- Experience in offering feeds, dynamic creative and landing pages on real estate.
- Background in instrumentation of lead quality (scoring, dispositions, appointment set).
- Earlier success launches co-marketing motions between agents and loose.

Compensation
- Basic: $ 135,000 – $ 160,000.
- Variable: 25-30% of the base (paid every three -month)
- OTE: $ 150k – $ 210k.
