The Rangers end their preseason today in Boston, because the majority of their NHL selection is set. There are questions about the health of JT Miller and Artemi Panarin, with the latter not even taking the ice with the rest of the team yesterday. Yet the Rangers still have two children in the camp looking for places: Noah Laba and Brett Berard. Laba got the most, but Berard seemed to be a lock for most of the preseason. Everything can happen, especially if both Miller and Panarin are on the shelf to start the season.
