Our Premier League team of the week has been announced after the weekend action, with names from Leeds, Manchester City and Arsenal.
Goalkeeper: Dean Henderson – Crystal Palace
A huge moment from the Crystal Palace captain as he made the right guess to save Tolu Arokodare’s penalty against Wolves with the match goalless.
Henderson’s save laid the foundation for Palace to take victory late on and move 10 points clear of the relegation places. A huge win for the Eagles, amidst a lot of noise around them.

Centre-back: Joe Rodon – Leeds
A towering performance from Rodon as Leeds battled for a result at Aston Villa. The Welshman will be disappointed to have lost the equalizer match, but he had been tremendous in fending off the home side up to that point. Nine clearances, six of which were heads, left him leading the back three.
Center back: Ibrahima Konate – Liverpool
Liverpool’s most important player as the Reds weathered a first-half storm from Forest. Defending at a high level where his strength has been important, Konate has played himself into good form after a difficult start to the season. Can Liverpool agree a new contract?
Centre-back: Joe Worrall – Burnley
Impressively led Burnley’s backline as the Clarets claimed a point at Chelsea. Worrall achieved seven clearances and five successful aerial duels as he bravely blocked several shots at Stamford Bridge.
Midfield: Rodri – Manchester City
A quality performance from Manchester City’s midfield maestro. Controlled the game against Newcastle and was effective in all areas. He led the match in duels won (13) and chances created (3). The glue for Pep Guardiola’s team.
Midfield: Anton Stach – Leeds
A top performance on and off the ball from Stach, concluded with a brilliant free kick from the German.
A third direct free-kick of the season for the Leeds midfielder, and perhaps his best yet. He has been a super asset.

Midfield: Nico O’Reilly – Manchester City
Has become indispensable for Pep Guardiola in midfield. The Manchester City match winner was the best player on the pitch against Newcastle as he continued his excellent form.
O’Reilly put City ahead with a clean strike past Nick Pope, before rising to meet Erling Haaland’s cross within a second.

Midfield: Eberechi Eze – Arsenal
That’s five North London derby goals for Eze this season, who was the star of the show as Arsenal thrashed Tottenham. Eze opened the scoring with a fine touch and finish, before adding his second on the hour with a follow-up to Bukayo Saka’s saved effort.
In between there were moments of real quality from the 27-year-old, who sent a message to Mikel Arteta.
5 – Only Robert Pirès (7) and Emmanuel Adebayor (6) have more Premier League goals for Arsenal against Tottenham than Eberechi Eze (5), who has now scored as many goals in this league match for the Gunners as both Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie managed. Favorite. pic.twitter.com/OV9xGIEIbv

Forward: Raul Jimenez – Fulham
The experienced goalscorer was on target twice for Fulham in their 3-1 win over Sunderland, a victory that boosted their hopes for European football.
Jimenez showed excellent movement when heading in Alex Iwobi’s corner before calmly converting a second from the spot. That goal extended his record for the best 100% penalty kill record in Premier League history (13/13).

Forward: Erling Haaland – Manchester City
No goal, but a performance full of hustle and hard work from Haaland. His 12 wins against Newcastle were the Norwegian’s highest career total in the top five European leagues as he battled brilliantly for the Blues.
Haaland set up the cross and brilliantly assisted Nico O’Reilly with the second goal.
Forward: Viktor Gyokeres – Arsenal
Perhaps his best game in an Arsenal shirt. Gyokeres fired an early effort just wide in a sign of things to come as Spurs struggled to live with him.
The Swedish striker was given far too much space throughout the match and punished Spurs just after half-time with a finish into the bottom corner. A late second sealed a big night for Gyokeres. This will do him a lot of good.
