“They just wanted a big house and this was a house with five bedrooms that could be converted into four with a large room from the back.

“In the end it went to a local who lives on the road and I think he just bought it to secure a home for his children – he has two boys who probably have something to say about what happens with it in the next five to ten years and they can do something with it. Who knows?”

Mr. Tropepe said that both the buyer and the seller were in the clouds.

“It’s a great result for both.”

“Many houses have risen in recent years and many really big changes.

“We love it here, the only reason we are moving because we are moving to a pension village in Walkley Heights, and that will be good because we can still go to the same stores that we always have.
