Prime Minister Narendra Modi was strongly convicted on Monday on Chief Justice of India (CJI) Justice BR Gavai in the Supreme Court on Monday and said that it “had angry every Indian”.

SCBA mentions attack breach of the ethics of the courtroom
Several other leaders have also strongly condemned the incident. The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has issued a fixed resolution in which the behavior of the lawyer is convicted that disrupted the procedure in the courage of the Chief Justice of India.
The association described the action as “reprehensible” and expressed deep shock and hid about what it called a serious violation of the Rechterzaal Decorum and professional ethics. The SCBA stated that these comments were irresponsibly deformed on social media, so that wrong information was fueled and probably contributed to the eruption in the courtroom.
Despite the provocation, Justice Gavai maintained calm and continued to perform his duties with dignity. The SCBA praised its restraint and confirmed his not -repellent support for the supreme judge and the entire judiciary and repeated that judicial independence must be stored at all costs.

SCBA said that the lawyer in question only has temporary membership in the association and confirmed that disciplinary measures are being considered. It repeated that although freedom of expression is of vital importance, it must be exercised with responsibility, especially by those who serve as officers of the court.
