The ownership of Salisbury Heights on 11 sold the Outlook under the hammer for $ 1,255 million.
The real estate was from the owners of pizzabott.
Almost 100 people attended the auction.
They expanded that generosity on an auction day and delivered pizza to the nearly 100 potential buyers and spectators who were present.
Sales agent and auctioneer Sam Doman, from Ray White Tree Gully, said that there was a “great atmosphere” on the day.
“The whole street came out,” he said.
“All friends and neighbors were there. It was a real community moment.”
Doman said that the buyers who saw the house for the first time on an auction day were locally.
“All (potential) buyers loved the family atmosphere of the house,” said Mr. Doman.

The owners build the property 20 years ago.
It was a family house that organized many milestone celebrations over the years.
A local couple bought the building.
“The kitchen is central to the living and entertaining area, it is a house that is designed for family life.”
The Hannas built the house 20 years ago and raised three children there in that period and organized many meetings.
Hanna said that leaving the building was emotional.
“Two of our children had their weddings here – we had the drums going and cared for more than 100 people in the back garden,” he said.
“We had so many good times, catering vans and such.”
The couple has moved a few suburbs to a smaller building.
