Oregon is the fifth state that Kim has called home in her life, and it sticks! After moving in her youth several times, Kim fully understands how the empowerment of homeowner and having roots is. She likes to wake up every day in this beautiful place and wants everyone to experience what it feels like to live in their dream house.

As a child, Kim spent her free time with open houses and exploring construction sites for fun. After a career in the professional ballroom of the Balzaal, the entertainment industry and the service industry, Kim came in real estate as a passion and a profession by purchasing its first bungalow. After renovating with her husband and selling sufficient profit to pay off their debt and buy a new house to live in, everything clicked: she decided to get her real estate license and help her community experience the emotional and financial benefits of homeowner.

Kim put roots in Portland in 2015 and has cultivated a company -based company over the years. She understands that real estate is a service and the experience she gives its customers is first -class. She works hard to anticipate needs. She is responsive, thorough, empathetic and a competent negotiator who enjoys market analyzes and strategy as much as she likes to make contact with her customers. Her ethics and reputation are the cornerstones of her company and the happiness of her customers is the measure of which they are successful.

Kim merged her company with the best agents in Portland at the beginning of 2022, so that she could give its customers more resources, more advocacy and a first -class real estate experience. She is honored to be part of her incredible team and feels happy to go to work every day.

In her spare time you will notice that Kim enjoys lazy evenings by the fire with her husband, daughter and rescue dogs. She loves dancing, live music, explores all the beautiful places around us in the PNW, enjoy a cider and a good meal with friends and browse Powell’s for a great new book.

Love where you live will change your life. Everyone deserves that joy. For me, real estate has been a way to cherish my community and do what I can do to help people find stability, grow generation advantage and create a small own space in the world.

For 15 years I found the most joy in helping the first home buyers, guiding my colleagues through their first major investment and think about what means at home for them. I have done restoration work on houses of different eras, 1894 Victorian farm to classical ranch from the 1950s. I enjoy powering new homeowners with the knowledge I have collected over the years, from systems to finishes.

In 2022 I joined forces with some of the best brokers in the BIZ and shifted my focus to Operation Management for offers. This welcome change opened space in my life: more cake, fewer pants.
