Phillies 9, Dodgers 6: Shohei goes 5 no -hit innings and homers, pen implodes twice when giving up 9 points in 4 innings – Dodgers Digest

After a play-off-type game yesterday to start the series between the Phillies and Dodgers, hopefully tonight was no other preview. The line-up of the Dodgers came early with a different bait and jumped to a four-run lead, but their pen continued to have collapses of almost impressive levels. Immediately Shohei Ohtani De Pen gave up the pen five points in five straight batters to lose the lead. The Dodgers then assembled a comeback against their pen to tie things that immediately blew the pen again in a loss of 9-6.

This will be an all-timer of a tungsten arm.

Another match against the Phillies, another top-line starter while they pulled ace Cristopher Sanchez. They started with a Shohei Ohtani-Start single in the 1st, but got nothing else, although the 2nd went much better.

With one down, Alex Call Made 1-0 Dodgers with his fifth dinger of the year in the 2nd.

Then following, Andy -Pages reached and stuck a single and Enrique Hernandez Followed by breaking his 9th Homer to the left to set them up 3-0.

After a quiet 3rd, Tommy Edman reached on an Infield Single to start the 4th and Andy pages, a single with one down to put the runners in the corner. Enrique Hernandez then hit a SAC fly to ride in his third run of the game to bring the score to 4-0.

They could not add anything in the 5th.

——

While this was all going on, Shohei Ohtani was just sailing on the hill. As literally, there was not much to talk about this, because Ohtani released a two-out walk in the 1st and then gave up nothing else for the next four innings. Simply complete and completely dominance.

Controversial, despite throwing a no-no, Dave Roberts Close to the limit of the innings and went to the pen: 5 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K, 68 throws.

Freddie laughs at Dave, emphasized because if he lets him go, he gets the call from the boxes.

The smile changed quickly, because the pen again had an absolute collapse.

Justin Wobleski Started the 6th with an out and then gave a single, single single, double for two runs and Homer for three runs to make it 5-4 Phillies in the period of five damn batters.

What are you even saying at the moment?

Edgardo Henriquez Then went in and got the second before giving up his own Homer to turn it into 6-4 Phillies. He also published a walk before he stepped thanks to the frame Leg rortvedt Throw away a runner.

The 7th was to Jack DreyerWho this time received a 1-2-3 inning, but like many others from the pen, not when he needed a lead yesterday.

Anthony Banda Got the 8th and stood for the minimum after seeing a walk erased by a doubles.

——

In the meantime, Sanchez continued to throw, now with the lead, and all he did was get clean innings in the 6th and 7th.

It was to take over in the 8th Was David RobertsonDie Shohei Ohtani’s 50th Homer of the Year immediately surrenders to give him back-to-back 50-dong seasons. It also made it a one-run game on 6-5 Phillies.

After one out Teoscar Hernandez doubled, and so Tanner Banks went into the game. He gave a walk to Freddie FreemanThen gave up a single to Tommy Edman to load things. Alex Call File then a ball to the left for a pocket fly to bind things to 6-6.

Unfortunately they still couldn’t get a big hit in these situations, because Andy Pages contaminated on a 2-0 throw.

——

So now with things tied up, it was leverage for the pen again, and Blake trains entered in the 9th. He received the first two before giving up a double, deliberate walk and then a three-run Homer.

9-6 Phillies.

Tanner Scott is the only used Reliever not to give up this series, LOL.
