HOLLYWOOD, FL – The daughter of the middleweight Josh Silveira was at the hand for his victory over PFL Hollywood last Thursday, although, as he noted, she is still too young to appreciate.

Yet it was clearly an inspiration for the American top team -striking at such a young age. She was actually in his previous fight, although as a baby she didn’t know what was going on. “She still doesn’t know what’s going on, but I’m happy,” said Silveira (15-5) media, including Cageside Press after his unanimous decision against Murad Ramazanov.

While the middleweight PFL World Tournament was also completed on Friday, Silveira was not frustrated fighting on the same card, nor continued to worry about what could be there.

“Not man at all. It is the opposite, it is a blessing. I could be like another boys who lost, and they have to finish the end of the year with not back in the win -column,” he noticed.

Silveira received the call to fight in PFL Hollywood only three days after he was eliminated from the World Tournament. “My face was still swollen, my heart was still broken,” he remembered, but he told his manager to accept the fight nevertheless. “Tomorrow is never promised, I think you could say whether whatever the saying is. I am a hunter. Some boys can get the 29-0, most guys are not. It’s hard, but you have to show up.”

“I don’t know what’s tomorrow, I don’t know what’s going to happen. You have to walk in the unexpected. This is the name of the game and I think it’s great. So I am super blessed to get that phone call.”

The middleweight division is currently red -hot and at the same time in Flux. Costello from Steenis has just dethroned Johnny Eblen. Impa Kasanganay came back in the win column later in the night on Thursday. Fabian Edwards meanwhile won the World Tournament.

“I am there with those guys. I know I have a number of heavy fights, but look at my losses,” Silveira said, pointing that those losses have only come to champion-caliber hunters. “And I am there. I just take a different route. I think my route is a bit longer, it is a bit more a heartbreaking route, but I am there. I will be at the front door every time they call me until the wheels fall off.”
