PFL announces two enormous title fights for the PFL Lyon event

The Professional Fighters League announced two blockbuster title courts on December 13 for their PFL Lyon event.

In their last milestone event from 2025, the Professional Fighters League goes to the LDLC -Arena in Lyon, France. In the main event of the evening, the World Heavyweight Championship for the taking when Vadmin Nemkov goes against each other with Renan Ferreira.

In the Co-Main event of the Night, Cris Cyborg-one of the greatest female hunters of all time will take on 6-0 prospect Sara Collins for the women’s federation championship.

Martin praises French MMA fans prior to PFL Lyon

“French MMA fans have been huge supporters of the PFL and we are proud to deliver a map that is worthy of their passion and loyalty,” said PFL CEO John Martin. “On December 13 in the LDLC -Arena in Lyon, fans will experience some of the biggest names and most exciting matchups in the sport, a real showcase of world champions, rising stars and birthplace heroes.”

Given the impact that French mixed martial arts have had in the course of recent years, this movement is very logical for promotion. They have slowly but surely built up a reputation in Europe as an alternative to the UFC, and movements and these will only serve to further address both new and hardcore fans.
