NAMA – New Amphitheatre Martesana (near Cascina Martesana) is a place of meeting, aggregation, art, culture, entertainment and initiatives for Milan citizens.
After meetings, voting, proposals and thanks to the enormous dedication of all NAMA volunteers, the first Personal Defense Course that is open to citizens finally started in March 2025.
The course is all held on Tuesday at the H19.15 in the Martesana Amphitheatre, head office in Nama.
The instructor is Angelo Sartori, expert in defense techniques, athlete, coach and teacher.
Thanks to his mix of skills, Angelo Sartori has developed with empathy and psychological approach that everyone puts at ease, a useful path for everyone who wants to gain security, technology and reflections to protect themselves and feel safer in risk situations, not only in contexts that are related to the activities and reflexes in the activities in the activities.
A path that strengthens the techniques of the elections psychologically, aimed at avoiding the collision in the case of aggression, making us more careful and more reactive.

The weekly lessons take place in the internal salons of Nama – New Martesana Amphitheatre, the last 1h / 1h and a half and reservations are not necessary: just appear 15 minutes before the start of the lesson, each equipped with their own mattress.
It is possible to participate in a single lesson for € 10 or to buy the subscription to 10 lessons for € 80, which is valid for all lessons.
