HALOWEEN may be over but the fear continues for a woman who was shown a video of a ‘ghost’ in her home.
Firzana left the internet feeling scared after sharing the video of the creepy figure – but can you see it?

Firzana, who posts as @, is taking to TikToklocker room diaries93sent a shiver down the spines of other social media users when they spotted the lurking figure.
In the clip, which has been viewed 1.3 million times, Firzana filmed herself in the reflection of a large window on her stairs.
But if she was standing right behind her, it looks like there was someone else standing right behind her with a pale face and long tan her – except that it doesn’t.
However, this isn’t the first time Firzana has posted about the creepy figure, and the last time she did so, paranormal believers even suggested it was her ‘imitation’.

In folklore and other paranormal stories, a mimic is usually a spirit that can shape-shift into other forms.
Scary stuff, if you believe it.
Some viewers thought the figure was just Firzana’s reflection, although they admitted it looked pretty creepy anyway.
But the homeowner put that theory to rest in the video when she filmed herself raising her arms, and the figure behind her did not.
“She’s back,” said Firzana, “the last time I made this video people said it was my double reflection, but I’m just raising my hand here… the sage has worked out.”
The Belfast-based TikTok user was urged to leave her home after sharing the creepy clip, with some even telling her to “call a priest”.
“The longer I look, the more faces I see. Is this my mind playing tricks on me or something?” One commented.
A second said: “Girl you need an exorcism, banishment and cleansing.”
“Omg this is terrifying, I’m not saying this in a negative way energy” wrote a third.
And another said: “I would jump out of my skin if I saw that behind me, you are a brave woman.”
But not everyone was convinced by the video, with one person saying: “Couldn’t this just be a camera filter? I don’t know?”
“I don’t know how y’all believe this, it’s definitely just a cardboard cutout or something behind her,” wrote another.

In a follow-up video, Firzana addressed those who thought they saw more than one “ghost” in the clip.
“It scares me, to be honest,” she said.
Reasons why people think they have seen a ghost
Many ghost stories can be explained by sleep paralysis, according to Dr Chris French, head of the Anomalistic Psychology Research Unit at London’s Goldsmiths University.
As people fall into REM sleep, their bodies remain frozen in sleep mode while their brains are active.
Prior beliefs, context, and hallucinations
There are three psychological reasons why people believe in ghosts: prior belief, context, and hallucinations.
If someone tells you a place is haunted, you will notice every chill, creak and shadow.
It makes psychological sense.
Mold
One thing that many ghostly sightings have in common is our dear mold friend: mold.
“Haunted houses” tend to have more mold, according to Dr. Shane Rogers, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at Clarkson University in New York.
The professor noticed “strange behavior” in his children after they were exposed to mold in the basement of their home.
