Black added, “This home exemplifies the very best of luxury mountain living, all just a short walk from Main Street. The sale marks a new benchmark for value in Weisshorn and underscores the growing confidence that affluent buyers have in Breckenridge as a premier destination for second homes and lifestyle investments. This milestone sets the tone for continued strength at the higher end of our market, and I expect it will inspire more buyers to discover what Breckenridge has to offer.”

Black was hosting an open house at another property in Breckenridge when he met the clients who would eventually purchase this home. According to Black, “They were impressed with the quality of construction, the thoughtful design and layout, the incredible views of the ski area and especially the walkability to town.”
