Kent Town’s population is set to increase in the coming weeks as new residents move into the exciting new Parkline apartment complex.
The Chasecrown project, opened today by Minister of Housing and Urban Development Nick Champion, is a 12-storey, 61 luxury apartment complex at Dequetteville Tce 9, and is 90 percent sold, with only a few ‘sky homes’ on the upper levels available.
Residents of these upper level homes will enjoy beautiful views over the parks and CBD, as well as views further afield towards the coast and Adelaide Hills.
